Charlie Nagy is a master alchemist and no stranger to health challenges. Whether it was her work as a caregiver in Alaska where she formed a friendship with an older woman that had dementia, curing her own crippling back pain caused from a work-related injury, caring for her father as he died from cancer, or finding a cure for her daughter’s Fatty Liver disease, it’s evident that being a healer is Charlie’s calling.

For over 20 years, she has dedicated her life to helping others through the pain and suffering of both acute and chronic illnesses. In 2008, while her father was fighting cancer, a doctor pulled Charlie aside and secretly suggested she look into cannabis. She tried to help by giving her dad capsules, but he passed away a short time later. That was the start of her intensive self-studies into the medicinal use of Hemp and CBD products.

She began by making resin (RSO) to lessen her chronic back pain. She had spent years barely able to sleep, waking about every 20 minutes with the most intense nerve pain imaginable. One day, she mixed the resin with coconut oil, and her pain instantly vanished! She then started making cannabis oil and other products to share with her friends and family. People couldn’t get enough and kept begging for more, so she opened a thrift store so that she would have enough money to buy needed ingredients. Word spread, and soon she was delivering products to Astoria and surrounding areas. In 2012 she officially opened her business, Healthy Tonics. All of her products are handmade with love from the finest natural ingredients.
